Privacy Policy, Ecovent Dryer Duct New Port Richey

Ecovent Dryer Duct New Port Richey is a local service business in west Pasco County. This page explains, without legal jargon, what happens to the details you share with us by phone or through the quote form on this site.

What information do we keep?

The quote form asks for your name, a phone number, the address where the work would be done (street, city and ZIP code) and the service you want. You may also add an email address, a short note about the job and up to five photos. When you phone us, we keep the number you called from and what we arranged. After a visit we keep notes about your vent or duct system, since it makes the next visit easier.

Why do we keep it?

To schedule and carry out the work you asked for, and to answer your questions.
To send you the price, a confirmation or an invoice.
To send you text replies about your request and appointment reminders, but only if you tick the SMS consent box on the form.
To send you cleaning reminders and occasional offers by text, but only if you also tick the marketing box on the form, which is separate and optional.
For nothing else. Your details are never sold, rented or traded.

Phone calls

We call you back on the number you leave with us, about the job you asked for. How we handle text messages is set out in the SMS section further down this page.

Photos you send

Photos added to the form go to the platform that hosts this site and are stored with your request, where only we can see them. We use them to prepare your price and for nothing else, and we delete them if you ask.

Does anyone else see it?

Form submissions pass through the platform that hosts this site, which stores them so we can read and answer them. The site does not take payments and keeps no card or bank details.

To keep automated spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check run by Cloudflare, Inc., which may process technical details about your browser and device for that purpose alone.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics, set up by the platform that hosts it, to count visits. If we run Google ads, Google’s ad measurement shows which ads lead to a request, and the form then carries the ad’s click reference. Both use cookies and send Google details such as the pages you open, under Google’s privacy policy. Some pages show a Google map of our Google Business Profile, loaded from Google, which may set cookies of its own. The host also keeps normal server logs (IP address, page, time) to keep the site running safely.

How can I change or delete my details?

Call us at (727) 349-4573 during office hours (every day, 7 AM to 11 PM) and tell us what to correct or delete. We confirm when it is done. Anything we must keep for tax or accounting is kept only as long as the law requires.

Text messages (SMS)

When you check the SMS consent box on a form on this website, Ecovent Dryer Duct New Port Richey uses the mobile number you give us to send you the text messages you agreed to receive: my quote request and appointment reminders.

If you also check the separate, optional marketing box, we may send you cleaning reminders and occasional offers.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. For help you can also contact us at (727) 349-4573. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The full SMS program terms are in our Terms of Service.
